POWs Coming Home

Ran across this web site posted below about Prisoners of war coming home. It has much needed information about the fact that there are still POW's and Mia's out there. You can read about what happened 30 years ago. You can also read about the POWs that have come home since than that should have come home many years ago. Why are the POWs given cell phones right away when they get home. What does the international humanitarian law and the red cross law mean. When was the POW that Yugoslavia captured sent home. Why do they do stuff like that anyway.
