Making it right with the other person or your friend after you have hurt there feeling can be a hard thing to do. When you have said something or what ever trying to make it right is hard. You need to figure out how not to hurt them anymore. When telling them you are sorry do just say it like you don't really mean it as they can tell that. Be very nice and when saying sorry but yourself into so they know that you mean it. Not sure what words you should use but they will come natural when talking.
