Easter Bunnies

You are going to need the following supplies: Plastic egg, straw hat, wiggle eyes, 2 ½ " white pom poms and 1 small pink or black pom pom, wool or chenille stem, craft foam in white and pink, and a small rose piece of ribbon. Now cut the white foam in to a 2" heart for the feet. Cut the ears out of the white foam 2" high and a ½ " for the width. Cut a small piece of pink for the inside of the ears. Cut the wool or Chenille in to 3" pieces for them whiskers. Now put some glue on one of the plastic eggs, and put the hat on, glue the ears on to each side of the hat, and put the ribbon and the rose on the hat. About a third of the way down the egg glue the eyes on, and just below that glue the Chenille on for the whiskers. Just above the whiskers you will want to glue the nose on, and the white pom pom next to that. To make your bunny stand up you want to glue the heart shaped foam to the bottom of the egg. If you want you can fill the plastic egg with candy. You can use this pattern to let the kids make some bunnies, or if you are a teacher you could make one for each of the kids in your class.
