There are so many shows on the tube today telling you if you do this or you do that you will loose weight. The moves they want you to do always include they whole body, but what is you have problems with your knees and you can not do the leg stuff? You would look funny with a small top side and your legs are still big. If you notice that you do not see fat people doing exercise, you only see them on that show called The Biggest Loser. I really have a problem that sells products that do not work, now if you could make your mind believe that you will loose weight when you take this pill or you keep doing this exercise. When you are fat you do have some type of problem where you can not do these exercises they show you, or the dance steps to lose weight. I have tried and tried to loose weight doing every thing and any thing, but the only things I can find that helps me is walking and eating lots of fruits, vegetables, and yogurt. Swimming is a really good place for people that have body part problems, as the water helps with the movements. But if you can not go swimming than probably walking is good for you. I am one of the older people and have been heavy all my life, but got much heavier since I do not work anymore. So I really know what you are going thru. If you just get up and do something it will help.
