There are some ways that you can get better sleep, like using the bedroom only for sleep. Do not put your TV in the Bedroom or the computer. You need to shut the computer off early in the evening so that your mind is not all boggled up by what was going on there. Take a long hot bath with bubbles and make sure you leave your cell or house phone out in the livingroom. Just relax, burn some candles, and lay there and enjoy. Do not drink caffeine at night after 6 or 7 because the caffeine will keep you up. You could have a warm cup of tea or glass of milk, they say warm milk is really good.
Getting a good work out during the day like some type of exercise, even walking can help you get to sleep.
I like to get every one settled down at night about an hour before bed, by watching a calming movie, or reading a book, and turning the light down. It does not work all the time but it has worked, but the best way to get to sleep I thing is to work hard and then play hard. Using the swimming pool can help you get a real good work out, because you are working harder in the pool. If it is close to bedtime do not get in a heavy conversation with your spouse or kids that might turn out where everyone gets all hyper, as then you are all cranked up. Don’t drink Alcohol because they just dirupt your sleep.
