Eating

 Eating healthy is what every one should do but how many of us do. We all try at one time or another. You here so many different things about the good foods we eat. Someone will say it is good for you others say no that is not good for you, it could cause you cancer. If you are taking vitamins some say those aren't any good for you. If you are not a very active person sometimes taking vitamins will not dissolve as easy as if you were pretty active, this does not mean not to take your vitamins you just should be aware. So what do we really know is good or not. Lets see watermelon is good whether it is good for you or not, you can eat that all day long on a hot warm day or just anytime. Eating healthy is a matter of eating a combination of fruits,vegetable, breads, meats all in moderation is a good thought.You know there are a lot of fruit out there that is good for you one of them is pineapples It is good for the removal of waste from the body by making the kidneys work better.  The middle of the pineapple is very sweet and juicy. It has some other benefits for your body, some are it helps the heart, it does ride your body of intestines worms, when it fresh its good for the throat if it is hurting you. It helps in some cases of jaundice and anemia. More then not it is just a good fruit to get.
