Why is everyone in such a big hurry? They do not pay attention to the speed limit, and you are going the speed limit, so they get right on your tail. When they do that if i am truley going the speed limit and 5 miles over, i will just step on my breaks a little. There is no reason any one should be in that big of a hurry, unless it is an emergancy, an then it should be an ambulance, or cop car. I have even seen people that are in such a big hurry that they have passed an ambulance that has its lights on and the horns going. Where are the cops when people do this? When you are in a construction area some of the people are in a hurry and they will go around you when it says do not pass, but there are never any police around. Maybe that is why there are so many accidents because so many people are in a hurry.
What can we do to stop people that are always driving fast? I know, i know there is not any thing that can be done, they just have to be caught a few times by the police i guess. I have gone so far as to write down their license plates and call it in to the cops, but i don't know that any thing was really ever done. When you hear or read about a local that has been killed or hurt in a car accident , i woner if it was one of them fast ones that passed me.
