Law Suites

Why do people bring law suites against the hospital or doctors when all they are trying to do is help you or one of your family members.You know when you go to the hospital and if you have to have some kind of surgery, you always have to sign a paper giving that doctor permission to do it and a long in that paper some where there is a place that says he will do his best to help that person or that you do not hold the doctor accountable for what happens. You know you put your trust into the doctors and all they can do is there best. So instead of having law suites against them they need to go to a panel and make sure that the doctor did all he could and not have law suites. You know you always see people trying to sue someone or a doctor it is just not right. You know there are sometimes you need to do that because of what has happen to people and some doctors are bad just like everyone else can be. I just think there should be a way to fix the problem and not cost all the thousands of dollars they charge.

You know in the old times people were happy to get the help they could from doctors or nurses but not these days it seems like they are always ready to start something with then if what they do does not go there way. So maybe we should all stop and take a look at what is happening.
