Ethic

Ethic is a concern in everyone world these days. Executive and managers in corporation all across the country are saying how important it is to make sure there workers have it. Also all the larges corporations in America have wrote code of ethics for there employees to follow. In some places it has work well but when companies do not care about there employees than the employees start acting out and do not really what there ethics are. With employees not following the ethics code can cause bad things to happen like they may start using drugs in the company or maybe alcohol in the workplace. Sometimes companies can be held responsible to what they do. It is important make sure we all do our parts in making sure things happen in the right way. That means that companies con be sued when their employees act in unethical and illegal ways. So if you are all just messing around make sure that all the people around know you are just kidding. Well I see that we can all do some very simple things to do. So if it is not to much of a hassle then we will go that way.
